Reed Industrial are hiring in ColeraineWe have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client and support their Mid-Shift Operations.The roleAs the Mid-shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the wider management team in overseeing and coordinating operations in a food processing environment. 
  • £13.95 per hour 
  • Weekly bonus available (YTD average is £80 per week)
  • Midshift pattern: 2x 1pm - 8pm, 2x 11am - 6pm, 1x 1pm - 5pm
Key accountabilities
  • Production supervision
  • Stock management
  • Quality checking
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise efficiency 
  • Collaborative working with the wider production teams 
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
  • Packing and labelling product 
  • Picking and preparing orders
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
Skills & experienceSupervisory experience and excellent communication skills are essential. Desirable criteria includes:
  • Knowledge of food hygiene 
  • Counterbalance forklift licence/experience
  • HACCP training
