Youll build strong partnerships across Gloucestershire engaging with employers and provide tailored in-work support to help customers thrive and stay in work for the long term.About the RoleGloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub offer a one-stop source of information advice guidance and support around employment and skills. Working with a range of partners and employers in localities across Gloucestershire the Hub delivers 1:1 support through a number of programmes for people with barriers to sustaining or retaining work as well as advice and signposting for any resident looking for help.As an Employer Adviser your focus will be on helping individuals not only get into work but stay there. Youll work closely with employers across Gloucestershire to promote inclusive recruitment and retention practices while providing tailored in-work support to participants who may be at risk of losing their jobs due to health conditions disabilities or other barriers. By building trusted relationships with employers and offering practical guidance youll help create more resilient workplaces and ensure participants have the support they need to succeed long-term. Youll also champion good practice by connecting employers sharing success stories and influencing wider change across sectors.About YouYoure a creative problem-solver who thrives on making a difference.
