Requirements

The Operations Director will drive operational excellence, commercial efficiency, client satisfaction, and continuous growth.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures.* Optimise team structure and performance against KPIs.* Directly manage Regional Project Managers and Operations Managers.* Oversee recruitment and on boarding in partnership with finance and HR.* Liaise with stakeholders to set strategic goals and implement operational enhancements.* Manage strategic relationships with external partners/vendors.* Oversee technology integration, people, processes, and infrastructure.* Collaborate with regional locations on business requirements.* Ensure successful project delivery, adhering to best practices.* Drive continuous performance improvements and standardise work flows.

Experience

* Extensive experience with cross-disciplinary teams in the technology sector.* 5+ years in a senior leadership role.* Proven experience in driving operational change and managing best practices.* Strong project management knowledge and skills.* Excellent leadership and communication abilities.* Experience in client relationship management and growth.* Strategic thinking and contribution to business planning.
