Role Purpose:

As a UX Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing the online customer journey, working closely with the digital team to shape seamless and visually engaging user experiences. If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex design challenges, this could be the perfect role for you.


Your mission? Drive a user-centered approach to design, supported by a robust ‘test and learn’ strategy. You’ll focus on crafting intuitive, research-backed interfaces that meet user needs and enhance engagement.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Design Intuitive User Journeys: Create workflows and interactive elements that guide users smoothly through the site, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Identify & Solve Usability Challenges: Spot potential bottlenecks and design solutions to improve the user experience.
  • Develop & Refine Prototypes: Use wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes to envision the structure and flow of digital products.
  • Conduct User Research: Perform interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gain insights into user preferences, needs, and pain points.
  • Champion User-Centered Design: Use research data to create user personas and inform design decisions that reflect the needs of target audiences.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and a basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and analytics tools is a plus
