We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing team and contribute to the smooth operation of their financial processes. Key Responsibilities As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day accounts payable duties, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. Your key responsibilities will include: * Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. * Matching, batching, and coding invoices in line with established company procedures. * Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies quickly and efficiently. * Preparing payment runs and assisting with month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. * Handling supplier queries and building positive working relationships with suppliers.
