Client Services Manager Needed in Prime Central LondonA leading brand with a global presence is seeking a talented Client Services Manager to lead their Client Services Team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Client Services Team, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and improve client service processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in client services management, ideally with a reputable brand.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
