Fitness and Aquatics Therapy Assistant

Salary: £24,126 per annum

Hours: Flexible rota (37 hours per week)

The Role

As a Fitness and Aquatics Therapy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both Aquatics Therapy and Fitness sessions, ensuring high standards of personal care, safety, and enjoyment for the children and young adults they support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting and instructing young people with varying abilities during Aquatics Therapy and gym sessions.
  • Supporting therapy programs designed by their NHS Physio team and maintaining accurate records of each young persons progress.
