Senior D365 CE Functional ConsultantLondon / Flexible (UK)Full-time, PermanentLeading Microsoft Solutions Partner(No sponsorship can be offered) - Must be SC Cleared or SC ClearableAs a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, high-value outcomes. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.This is a senior, client-facing position where your expertise, consultancy skills, and leadership will directly influence project success and contribute to our continued reputation as a trusted Microsoft partner.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the functional design and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) solutions.Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce high-quality documentation.Configure D365 CE and Power Platform components in line with best practices.Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are optimised, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants.Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal input.Champion continuous improvement, industry best practices, and the Microsoft roadmap.About YouStrong experience implementing and configuring D365 CE / Dynamics CRM across multiple full-lifecycle projects.Deep understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and related business processes.Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into compelling solution designs.Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are highly desirable.The offer:The opportunity to work with a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering cutting-edge transformation projects.A collaborative culture that encourages innovation, autonomy, and career development.Access to the full Microsoft technology stack and continuous certification pathways.Competitive salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.Flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote model.
