Warehouse Administrator

Location: HatfieldSalary: £26,500 per yearHours: 7am - 4pm, Monday to FridayJob details: Permanent, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, onsite parking, development opportunities

Warehouse Administrator - Main Duties:

  • Record incoming shipments in the database
  • Create warehouse notes/PODs for received items
  • Manage packing lists and bills
  • Document and photograph any issues (damages, shortages)
  • Communicate any discrepancies
  • Scan and update picking/packing lists
  • Update pallet locations
  • Allocate receiving time to projects
  • Investigate unknown shipments
  • Process product pulls and returns
  • Organise transport, collections, and deliveries
  • Approve invoices and flag discrepancies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Warehouse Administrator - Skills & Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Numerically accurate
  • Calm under pressure
  • Organised
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
