Due to growth within the business they are needing to add to their existing finance team. About the Job Reporting to the finance director you will be responsible for assisting with and executing the following duties... Process purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile supplier statements and investigating any queries, discrepancies, missing invoices Review debtors ledger, send out customer statements and request payments. Complete government returns including TSS and Intrastat Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures Prepare financial reports and statements as required Your skills & experience Previous experience in a busy financial environment Accounts payable/ Purchase Ledger IATI Qualified - Or Currently Studying towards Qualification - ACCA or CIMA also considered Good IT Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel Ability to work as part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines Good customer/supplier service skills, and confident telephone manner For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
