We are working closely alongside with local authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Personal Support Assistant on a 6.5-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: 13.26- 16.82 per hour Hours Per Week: 23 Summary: The Personal Support Assistant is an interesting and crucial fixed-term contract position within Nottinghamshire County Council based at Trent Bridge House West Bridgford. This role provides essential administrative and practical support to a visually impaired Social Worker. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with proven IT skills a high degree of accuracy and a genuine commitment to delivering high-standard support while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to GDPR. The post is currently funded by the Employment Service under the Access to Work Scheme. The contract is tied to the Social Workers tenure with funding subject to review in September 2025 which if successful may extend funding for a further three years. Responsibilities: Diary management and arranging meetings.Support with both manual and electronic form completion.Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard with paramount attention to accuracy and numeracy skills.Maintaining strict confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) at all times.Operating with an understanding of and commitment to Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety.Providing support in an environment that includes the Social Workers guide dog.
