If so, we want you on our teamThis is afulltime role (37.5 hours p.w) , that will see you working5 days over 7,including weekends due to the nature of the business.What You'll Be Doing:As aNightshift Car Park Attendantat ourCoventry sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include: Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile. Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly. Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park. Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning. Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided). Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).Requirements:No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
