Description:

A leading environmental solutions provider is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its dynamic team. They specialize in ecosystem restoration and biodiversity enhancement through innovative technology solutions. They are dedicated to combating climate change by leveraging cutting-edge tools and data analytics.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver customer-centric products within agreed timelines.
  • Drive the design process from initial discovery phases to production design in agile cycles.
  • Define optimal customer experiences through need finding, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
  • Advocate for customer experience while considering project constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct user research and maintain the design component library.


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of product design experience with B2B and B2C exposure.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
  • Experience in conceptual and system design thinking, as well as UI/UX design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for nature, climate, and making a positive impact through design.
