The successful candidate will need to haveprevious experience in a busy office, providing support for Senior Management.
Responsibilities:
-Acting as first point of contact for the Company Director
-Diary planning and management
-Proactive inbox management
-Meeting and greeting clients
-Organising meetings and client hospitality, ensuring the Director is prepared for meetings
-Provide administrative support following meetings
-Support Director with team management functions, chasing information and reports
-Developing and maintaining office systems and register of equipment
-Full administration support for the internal team
-Assistance with regular governance timetable, seeking reports when due
-Procuring equipment and services as required
-Maintaining records and databases
-Arranging facilities and induction for new staff members
-Developing and running ad hoc projects
-Co-ordinating personal and work diaries for the Director
Candidate Attributes:
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for ideas, suggestions and improvements
- Ability to manage own workload and to prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Salary - Up to £30k depending on experience + 25 days holidays + free parking + private medical insurance, 5% matched pension and company bonus.
