Commercial Graduate ProgrammeOur Commercial Graduate Programme offers a first-class platform to launch your surveying career and complete the RICS APC (Assessment of Professional Competence).Through two structured business rotations youll gain broad exposure across our commercial property services building the technical knowledge and commercial judgement needed to thrive in the industry. The programme is open to students from both cognate and non-cognate degree backgrounds.Typical Rotation Areas Include:Business Space Valuation Agency Capital Markets Property & Asset Management Occupier Services Lease Advisory and Residential.What You Can Expect:A structured APC support programme including a dedicated counsellor.Technical training workshops tailored to your rotation.Regular mock interviews to prepare you for final assessment.Ongoing mentorship and peer support across the graduate network.Responsibilities Include:Professional WorkYou will support inspections research and clear reports that meet RICS/Colliers standards. You will be expected to log competencies and progress your APC with guidance from your APC counsellor.Client ContactYou will be a key point of contact keeping clients and client coordinators updated. You should expect calls meetings and occasional site visits as relationships grow.Commercial AwarenessYou will get insight on how a fee-earning team runs by getting involved on tracking pipelines understanding scope and spotting ways to add value. You will have the opportunity to share ideas that improve how we work.Business DevelopmentYou will help bring our story to life in pitches from market insight to polished slides. You will seek opportunities to develop new business including cross-selling. LocationThis posting is for Manchester. If your undergraduate degree is not RICS accredited you will need to complete a MSc alongside the graduate programme. GCSEs English and Maths at grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent).Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme beginning September 2026.
