The Role:
The search is on for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor operations of this fantastic East London venue. It's the kind of place that will elevate any CV – famous for its great food and dynamic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality, independent dining (though branded experience is a bonus) and must understand what top-tier food and service should look like. As the face of the restaurant, the Restaurant Manager will mentor the floor team, ensuring every dish and interaction meets the highest standards. Confidence in identifying and addressing any issues is crucial – excellence is the expectation.
