About the Role: As a Paraplanner, you will be an integral part of our financial planning team, providing high-quality support to our advisers. You will be responsible for preparing detailed client reports, conducting thorough research, and assisting in the formulation of tailored financial advice. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis of financial products, investments, and planning tools.
- Producing comprehensive suitability reports for client presentations.
- Collaborating closely with advisers to deliver personalised, compliant financial advice.
- Assisting with cash flow modeling and investment report preparation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and ensuring advice meets the latest standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Junior Paraplanner or Senior IFA Administrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) or working towards them is advantageous but not essential.
