This role will coordinate a low-cost counselling service in Barnet which support adults experiencing a range of challenges including mental health issues domestic abuse and/or substance use. This role combines counselling delivery with service coordination outreach and volunteer management.Main Purpose of the Role: Provide culturally appropriate counselling to adults in Barnet and surrounding areas. Recruit support and coordinate trainee and volunteer counsellors. Promote the service and raise awareness among potential users and referrers. Build and maintain positive working relationships with community partners andstakeholders.
