Pilgrims Europe are currently recruiting for a NPI Technologist based at our Enniskillen site, working a 5 day onsite working model. The successful candidate will work with our Senior Process Technologist working as part of the R&D team to ensure the successful launch of the new products in line with customer critical paths.Responsible for the execution of customer and category development, from factory trials through pre-launch and launch phases, ensuring delivery of quality, technical and commercial objectives, through cross functional collaboration with category, customer, and site stakeholders.Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring products are representative of the manufacturing process and the product concept approved by the customer in terms of technical and quality standards, and for confirming operational costs. Responsible for ensuring key milestones are met in line with the Critical Path for each project within the Recipe Professor stage-gate system. In conjunction with all stakeholders, prepare diligently and lead site visits, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded Working effectively with other key functions: operations, technical, process development, packaging development, OPEX to ensure all aspects of product delivery.
