Complaint Coordinator £24,500ChathamWe are currently looking to recruit a Complaint Coordinator to coordinate our client's Banking Complaints across the group.You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful response is provided to our clients customers.Working alongside your centralised team you will ensure Complaints are resolved and customer disputes that are deemed fair and clear in resolution.You will be responsible for assisting customer satisfaction through root cause analysis, as well as help defining continuous improvements for the customer journey.You will be managing customer complaints within the office (3 days)/ home based (2 days).The salary for this role is £24,500This is a fixed term role for a period of 3 monthsHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.We practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
