Basic Overview

As a key member of Twenty One Engineering you represent the company and carry authority. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery and management of the services provided by Twenty One Engineering. You will have a range of responsibilities including time and quality of the company’s service delivery.

Essentially, you will support all stages of the Engineering and Energy process. You must make sure that projects and cases are delivered on time and on budget. Generally, you'll get involved at every level of the delivery from concept to production and everything in between. You may also have a wide range of different projects on the go at the same time, all at different phases of development.

This position carries P&L responsibility and to meet agreed targets.

You will also be responsible to assist in Business Development, capitalizing on existing customers for business and creating new opportunities where possible within agreed targets.

Core Accountabilities

•Collect Building information

•Builds analytical and design skills

•Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer

•Collects and analyses data under the supervision of an experienced engineer

•Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems

•Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision

•Energy Awareness

Education and Qualifications

BSc in Engineering from an accredited four year University, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Attributes:

General:

Eligible to work in the UK

Good time keeping and flexibility to arrangement on site.

Have a Clean Driving License

Engineering Practices & Principles:

Knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques and procedures.

Communication:

Ability to communicate internally and externally through written and verbal means.

The English language is to be of high standard in speaking and written

Familiar with MS office software packages

Knowledge of Plans' Specifications & Engineering (PS&E) Package:

Knowledge of the design and how it ultimately interfaces with the client.

Design Skills:

Understanding of design principles and ability to practically apply them.

Take responsibility for own safety. Follow rules, raise issues, attend all training and feeds back any concerns.

Communication:

Communicates with clarity, purpose and accuracy. Asks team or client for clarification when required.
