We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our team in Stevenage, offering an outstanding first year expected earning potential of £45k-£55k which will grow in year two and three.   As a Territory owner, you will have the autonomy to manage your own postcodes and take charge of growing your business without limits. Our client will provide the support you need to build your own agency and with a close-knit, like-minded team, and helped by a team of Territory Managers, you won't be alone.    If you're passionate about owning your own business and want to be part of our journey in shaping the future of estate agency, then we want to hear from you   Territory owner support:  Built in house platform/software Automated processes to support business admin Marketing Team providing leads Marketing portal for promotional material Training Team to support them and their team as they grow Business coach / Regional Director Incentives – tech for schools Compliance team to support with customer AML Partnerships with external businesses to maximise revenue opportunities   Responsibilities: Demonstrate exceptional customer service Build a client base and nurture relationships Provide professional advice and solutions Increase brand awareness through proactivity Exceed expectations with a positive approach and willingness Preferred Requirements: Minimum 1 year of valuation experience in your chosen area Proven record of listing property Strong knowledge of estate agency processes Local knowledge of the area Resilience and self-motivation
