Job DescriptionChartered ARB Architect / Project ManagerLocation: Bath WiltshireSalary: 40000 - 50000 DOEA well-established architectural practice with offices across the South West and Wales is seeking a Chartered ARB Architect / Project Lead to join its expanding team. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors including residential care education healthcare commercial and industrial offering tailored architectural and project management services from concept to completion.This is a key role for an experienced architect who is confident leading projects and managing client relationships with a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach. The successful candidate will be joining a design-focused technology-driven team that values high-quality outcomes and efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural projects from inception to completion including planning technical detailing and site deliveryManage project timelines budgets and communication between all stakeholdersUse BIM and data-rich 3D modelling tools to develop coordinated designsCollaborate closely with clients consultants and contractors throughout the design and construction processEnsure compliance with planning policy building regulations and CDM responsibilitiesSupport junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across the teamRequirements:ARB-registered Chartered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-Part 3 experienceStrong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects independentlyProficiency in Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflowsSolid knowledge of UK planning and construction regulationsExcellent communication organisational and problem-solving skillsA proactive and collaborative attitudeProject management qualifications (desirable but not essential)The Practice Offers:A friendly professional and collaborative studio environmentInvolvement in a wide variety of projects from small-scale residential to large commercial developmentsHybrid and flexible working arrangementsCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for career development and progressionA practice culture that prioritises good design client relationships and technical excellenceTo apply please send your CV portfolio (under 10MB) and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Rhinoceros 3D,Bluebeam,Construction Experience,Adobe Creative Suite,Detailing,Renovation,Sketchup,Adobe Photoshop,Autocad,Revit,Sketch,Adobe Indesign Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 40000 - 50000
