Are you an experienced electrician ready to take the next step but not quite ready to hang up the tools?Were looking for an Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team in Salisbury. You will be responsible carrying out reactive maintenance works across occupied properties as well as spending 1 to 2 days per week in the office to assist with processing electrical certificates and electrical site audits.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools but is looking to step up into a leadership / supervisory position.What youll be doing:On the tools (3-4 days per week):Carry out reactive electrical works and breakdowns across occupied MoD propertiesDiagnose and repair showers, cooker and general electrical faultsEnsure all works are being completed safely and efficientlyProvide support and training to apprentices or new team membersIn the office (1-2 days per week):Process and review electrical certificatesConduct site audits and inspections of electrical worksDeliver toolbox talks and support with complianceEssential Qualifications:NVQ L3 Electrical Installations / City & Guilds 236
