The Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing machine learning models that enhance the firm’s data analysis capabilities. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to integrate advanced data-driven solutions that drive business insights and operational efficiencies. Our client's team is no larger than 10, so a passion for start-up environment is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and SQL.
  • Manage and optimize data workflows and warehousing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Implement and maintain web applications using frameworks such as Django and Flask.
  • Utilize Azure for cloud-based machine learning and data storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in a related role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks like Django and Flask.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mind.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic and proactive attitude.
  • A strong academic background and a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

  • Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 DOE.
