Role Our estimator manages tender enquiries liaising with clients to clarify project requirements while conducting scope reviews and quantity take-offs to assess materials and labour needs. They ensure accurate pricing by analysing costs supplier quotes and market conditions to prepare competitive bids. Key Responsibilities Manage In Bound Enquiries and Customer RelationsScope Review & Quantity Take OffSupplier Quote RequestEstimating and Pricing TendersFollow-up and ReviewHandover & Prestart of Secured Projects Skills & Experience Experience in using take off software (Bluebeam or CAD)Strong understanding of tendering processes and client communicationProficiency in scope review quantity take-offs and pricingAbility to interpret drawings specifications and technical details.Strong negotiation and supplier liaison skillsEffective time management and ability to meet deadlinesProven experience in estimating tendering or quantity surveyingBackground in construction civil engineering or related fieldsKnowledge of cost structures procurement and market ratesConstruction experience in soft landscaping/fencing & Hard landscapingMUST have experience working in groundworks estimating About you Weve created an environment where everyone can thrive and share in our successes.
