Join us to make a difference.The successful candidate will be based in the primary but will work collaboratively across the campus. The successful candidate will support the Head Teacher in leading the school by driving high-quality learning, teaching and assessment; promoting an inclusive and positive ethos; and ensuring strong attainment and wellbeing for all pupils. It includes responsibility for strategic planning, staff leadership, data-informed school improvement, and modelling effective practice. The successful candidate will have key responsibilities for overseeing pupil support, safeguarding, positive relationships, GIRFEC processes, and transition planning, alongside key operational duties such as timetabling, resource management and policy implementation. In these circumstances, a calculation will be carried out upon commencement of employment and leave and pay will be adjusted.
