Maintenance Operative. Fleetwood Hall Care Home. £13.53 per hour 30 hours a week Shift pattern 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. As a Maintenance Operative your duties will include: Property Maintenance: Performing routine and emergency maintenance including minor repairs decoration and basic plumbing. Safety Checks: Conducting regular inspections of fire alarms boilers lifts and other systems ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Groundskeeping: Maintaining gardens car parks and other outdoor areas to a high standard. Stock Management: Ordering and managing tools and supplies efficiently. Team Collaboration: Supporting the induction of new staff with training on building layout and fire safety procedures. What We’re Looking For Experience: A strong background in property maintenance including basic plumbing skills. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively and efficiently. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for maintaining high standards across all areas. Caring Nature: A patient approachable and professional manner. Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety requirements and procedures.
