Directing end to end operations across logistics, warehousing, purchasing, quality, HR, and IT. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision with practical execution. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and continuously improve operational processes across the Group.Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Work closely with the senior leadership team to set and deliver business goals.Implement systems, metrics, and KPIs to monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and develop teams across logistics, warehousing, purchasing, quality, HR, and IT.Drive operational projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety, and company policies.Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control in collaboration with the finance team.Key DeliverablesBuild a deep understanding of the group’s inventory profile, working with customers to proactively reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock  .Strengthen partnerships with 3PL providers to ensure seamless customer deliveriesCoach and mentor team leaders to enhance their performance, accountability, and leadership capability.Oversee the successful implementation of a new ERP system across the group.About YouProven experience working within the SME environment, demonstrating a hands-on approach to daily business operations.
