The Role - Child Care Assistant: As a Child Care Assistant, you will support pupils in all aspects of daily school life, from engaging in classroom activities, sensory play, and communication work, to providing mobility assistance where required. You will work closely with class teachers, therapists, and specialist staff to implement EHCP targets, contribute to a positive learning environment, and most importantly, support the well-being of each pupil.
