Key accountabilitiesTo line manage and motivate the Diary Management team to ensure a highly efficient and effective service is maintained.Support the Diary Management team through effective allocation of work across the team while monitoring progress, to achieve delivery targets.Keep up to date with our Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) immediate and long-term business priorities and lead the Diary Management team to ensure the SLT diaries reflect this.A strong commitment to learning and improvement working with the team to proactively identify better ways of working.Support in the planning and organising of SLT meetings and wider Estates events, ensuring the team is fully briefed and understands their responsibilities.Ownership of the Estates Directors calendar, arranging meetings, travel and accommodation. Please complete the online tests as soon as possible (within 24-48 hours is recommended), the closing date for the tests is23:55on2/12/2025.If you fail to complete the online test before the deadline your application will be withdrawn. Guidance for the test will be available when you are invited to take the test. The tests are administered online and accessed via the CS Jobs website. Our online test supplier will be performing scheduled maintenance between 1:00am and 5:00am on 29th November 2025. There will be up to 1 hour during this time where candidates will not be able to access tests. All online tests will be affected.Impact for candidates Candidates who are taking a test when the downtime starts will have their test paused. They will be able to pick up where they left off after the downtime. They can do this by accessing the test again from their application centre. Candidates will not be able to launch new tests during the downtime. Candidates reporting issues should be advised to return to take the test after 5:00am on 29th November 2025. STAGE 1 - APPLICATION & SIFT As part of the application process you will be asked to provide a Personal Statement of no more than 1000 words against the essential criteria as outlined above. You will also be asked to provide a short CV.Your CV should be fairly short and just evidence very brief details of your work history and Qualifications.While your CV is not formally scored it will be used to validate the evidence of your Personal Statement.Please do not submit a speculative application where you do not meet at least 50% of the essential criteria as these applications will be unsuccessful.
