Experienced Metal Shop Operatives required for a leading protective equipment manufacturer based in Isleworth. We are looking for skilled and experienced candidates to work within a busy metal fabrication workshop producing high-quality protective cases for military, broadcast, medical, and industrial sectors. Straight starts available - ASAP Salary: £14.00 per hour Shift Timings: * Mon-Thurs: 07:30-17:00 * Fri: 07:30-12:30 ⸻ Responsibilities: * Operating machinery such as CNC machines, Extrusion Bender, and Insertion Machine (training provided) * Reading and interpreting technical drawings & engineering specifications * Performing metal cutting, drilling, shaping, and other fabrication tasks * Assembling metal components using Rivet Guns, Hand Drills, Pillar Drills, etc. * Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment * Reporting faults, damages, or maintenance needs * Handling materials safely and following production instructions ⸻ Candidate Requirements: Essential: * Previous experience in a metal workshop or similar environment * Basic understanding of metalworking tools and machines * Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling * Strong attention to detail and quality * Good communication skills and a strong team ethic * Awareness of h...
