Job DescriptionQuality and Food Safety Technologist (12 months FTC)Reporting to: Site R&D ManagerLocation: Melton Mowbray, fill-time on-siteSalary range: £31,000 - £37,500 (dependin gon the level of experience), annual bonus, benefitsThis position is responsible for leading the quality and food safety program and driving operational excellence. you’ll be responsible for turning quality data into actionable insights - analysing performance metrics, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and reporting impactful KPIs to stakeholders.What will be your key responsibilities?Responsible for working across functions to implement, maintain, and improve the site QMS,Identification and prioritization of continuous improvement/gap closure workstreams.
