Position: QC Inspector

Contract: 2-3 months initial contract (potential for extension)

Start Date: September

Location: Hybrid onsite in Oxfordshire


Join an innovative medical device company at the forefront of technology. Our client is seeking additional support starting in September during a particularly busy period.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) across inspection sheets
  • Inspect raw materials and semi/finished products
  • Assist with batch disposition for finished products
  • Handle customer and supplier complaints and recalls
  • Identify and manage non-conforming products
  • Ensure compliance with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA 21 CFR 820


Requirements:


  • Previous quality inspection/control experience in a medical device company
  • Experience with electro-mechanical/software products is a plus
  • Knowledge of compliance related to the manufacture and release of products in line with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations
