But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.At the moment this role is focused on:Build high-performance elegant UIs in C and Objective-CContribute to architectural decisions across shared libraries and componentsOptimise code for responsiveness memory usage and performanceWork on UI that feels native to macOS and iOS mouse touch and stylusDebug and improve complex systems across the Affinity product suiteCollaborate with design and QA to deliver pixel-perfect implementationsContinuously learn and keep pace with Apples evolving frameworksYoure probably a match ifYou have several years of experience in Objective-C and CYour bring hands-on iOS or macOS development experience with strong knowledge of XcodeYou have the proven ability to build high-quality maintainable applicationsYou possess strong GUI development skills for Mac and iOS with a focus on usability and performanceYou have solid foundation in object-oriented design and design patternsYou have experience with vector DTP or imaging applications (a plus)You can showacase a high attention to detail and pride in writing clean reliable codeYou are a clear communicator who enjoys learning collaborating and solving complex problemsAbout the teamWere on a mission to empower creatives everywhere with world-class fast and intuitive creative software applications.
