MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (WAREHOUSE) – COVERING TWO WAREHOUSE SITES People Solutions are excited to be recruiting for aMaintenance Technician (Warehouse)to support two busy warehouse sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for ahands-on individualwith a wide range of practical skills to play a vital role in keeping both sites safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Shifts Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (occasional flexibility required)Salary £25,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE (higher for accredited trades or advanced horticultural knowledge)Benefits Permanent role from day oneCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsGenuine progression and training opportunitiesFriendly and supportive working environmentVaried and interesting workload across two warehouse sitesDay-to-Day Duties Carry out general maintenance including repairs, joinery, painting, and plumbingUndertake preventative maintenance to minimise downtimeRespond to urgent repair requests quickly and effectivelyConduct routine safety checks on equipment and infrastructureMaintain external grounds, including horticultural tasks where requiredLiaise with contractors for specialist workEnsure all maintenance tasks comply with Health & Safety standardsEssential Skills Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role (ideally within a warehouse or industrial setting)Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently across multiple sitesGood communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential for site travel)Desirable Experience Accredited trade certifications (e.g. electrical, carpentry, or plumbing)Advanced knowledge or qualifications in horticulture or grounds maintenanceExperience with preventative maintenance programmesTraining Provided Full paid site induction and ongoing support providedOpportunities to upskill in specialist areasApply Today – Don't Miss Out If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
