An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a highly regarded national firm in their Birmingham office. This role offers exceptional quality work and is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the role

The firm's highly regarded Residential Property team acts for all of the top 10 housebuilders nationally, undertaking a broad mix of Residential Property and Development work.

Workflows will include:

  • Drafting conveyancing paperwork
  • Reviewing and report on title searches
  • Pre-contract enquries
  • Negotiating and exchanging contracts
  • Completions
  • Post completion matters

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience gained in Residential Property matters. Candidates with less experience will also be considered as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. This firm take training and development very seriously and is a great option for somebody who is looking to take a step up to a national firm.

This firm are very well regarded in the West Midlands and the Residential Development team, which nationally is one of the largest teams in the UK, is highly regarded in the directories for the quality of its work and experts in the team. Hybrid working is available with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
