We're looking for a highly motivatedStockroom Managerto join our Central London store and take full ownership of our back-of-house operations.About the RoleAs theStockroom Manager , you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all stockroom processes from deliveries and replenishment to stock accuracy and compliance. Leading a small team of up to7 stockroom assistants , you'll create a well-structured, high-performing environment where stock is managed with precision and the sales floor is always supported. You'll also play a vital role in supporting the wider store team during peak trading periods, ensuring a seamless link between the back-of-house and customer-facing operations.Stockroom Manager Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate a stockroom team of up to 7 staff membersManage all stockroom operations, including goods-in, replenishment, and inventory accuracyEnsure all deliveries are processed efficiently and stock is stored to company standardsMonitor stock levels and work closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availabilityDrive compliance with health & safety, stock loss prevention, and operational proceduresSupport the sales floor during key trading times such as weekends, holidays, and sales eventsReport on stockroom performance and identify areas for improvementAbout YouPrevious experience in a stockroom, logistics, or warehouse role ideally within a retail environmentProven leadership or supervisory experienceHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesA team player with a hands-on approach and a can do attitudeFlexible to work weekends and peak trading hours as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive salary up to £36,000 per year + BonusPerformance-based store bonusStaff discount and company benefitsOpportunities for development and progression within a leading retail environmentA dynamic and supportive team in a high-profileCentral London locationBBBH34677TPBN1_UKTJ
