You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with airline and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain operational documentation including flight schedules, catering orders, and delivery notes.Liaise with airline representatives and internal teams to ensure catering requirements are met.Support logistics planning for meal production and including coordination with drivers and fleet schedules.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and aviation security regulations.Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and reporting.Accountable & responsible for ensuring all airline requirements, briefs & knowledge is disseminated and achieved within the service delivery functionSearch & Seal of items to be loadedLoading and unloading Vehicle security checks with documentation signed and collated.Dispatching of flights in correct order and timeframe to ensure safe distribution for our airline activity.Keeping all dock related and regulated certification signed and collated and presented back to the SD operations team.Controlling of dock area compliance, taking onboard all area activity to make sure employees are working in a safe environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package, £13.97 per hour.40 hours per week working shifts on a rota basis including weekends, bank holidays etcShifts are a mixture of days and nightsShift hours are 12 hours (moving to 4 on 4 off once training completed)Training and development opportunities within dnata’s global network.A dynamic, multicultural work environment.Career progression in one of the world’s leading airline catering providers.Free breakfast, lunch and dinner on siteFree tea and coffee whilst on shift£60 towards both, dental and optical cover through our Simply health Cash Plan£150 if you Refer a FriendDiscounted gym membership at over 2000 gyms nationwideCycle to Work SchemeOpportunity to enhance your learning through our inhouse apprenticeship programmeAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which offers counselling and advice on a wide variety of issues, 24 hours a day, seven days a weekPension scheme and life coverPermanent contract working 40 hours per week.
