This organisation is a leading provider of complex care homes, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.


This particular home is approximately a 30 Bed Service, focusing on supporting individuals with: Mental Health Challenges, Acquired Brain Injuries, Dementia and other needs.


Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our complex care home
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care plans
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry
  • Registered Nurse Qualification
  • Strong knowledge of complex care needs and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
