Wood Machinist

Our client is looking for a skilled machinist working in a solely workshop environment. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience and can hit the ground running in a fast paced manufacturing environment producing shop fittings, seating areas and shop counters.Job Responsibilities:Produce high quality, accurate and timely work.Meet tight deadlines and client demands.Work as a team with other experienced bench hand joiners and machinists.The successful candidate will be working on all the machines listed below: * spindle moulders * five cutters * sanders * planers * saws * edge banders * cnc’sJob Requirements:Experience of and the safe use of hand power tools and hand tools.Relevant qualifications:Ability to read cutting lists / technical drawings.Good understanding of the usage of the machines listed above.Our client is looking for a candidate to join their team on a 12 week temp to perm basis.
