Your first projects will be at our exciting new developments in Old Dalbyand Long Clawson near Melton Mowbray. The RoleAs a Sales Advisor, youll be a key part of our New Homes Sales Team, working closely with our Marketing and Communications Teamto promote stunning new homes. Your responsibilities will include:Managing enquiries and maintaining our CRM database Delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to key handover Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers Selling homes off-plan, including optional upgrades Coordinating the sales process with solicitors, customers, and internal teams Ensuring show homes and developments are presented to the highest standard Your knowledge of the local housing marketand ability to achieve sales targetswill help us meet ambitious growth goals. Our ideal candidate will haveExperience in new homes salesin a target-driven environment Excellent communication skills An interest in property and the housing market Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A valid driving licence and access to a car (with business insurance) Flexibility to work across multiple sitesWorking HoursTuesday to Saturday, 9am5pm.
