Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architect - Hybrid working based in Watford - £850 inside IR35 - Entertainment Brand

La Fosse is partnered with a leading Entertainment brand to support them with sourcing an Enterprise Architect. You will support the Head of Enterprise Architecture in defining and delivering the target state architecture.

Responsibilities

• Analyse enterprise strategy and business context to derive technical architecture based on brand strategy.
• Analyse the legacy technology environment to design an efficient integration solution, detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Oversee and consult on technical architecture implementation and modification activities, for new and/or shared infrastructure solutions
• Exposure to enterprise scale technologies for example, SAP, Salesforce, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Contact Centre, Web/Mobile Digital solutions, Cloud (AWS, G Suite, Azure, O365), DWH and related integrations.
• Work with Solutions Architects to provide enterprise-level context in the design, delivery and integration of new systems and services into retained environments
• Work closely with the Technology team and partners to ensure system capacity (on-premise or in cloud) is available for successful projects delivery
• Designing, documenting and liaising with 3rd parties on integrations

Skills

• Significant experience within broad technology disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) cloud-based environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
• Experience in designing solutions based on IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS platforms (Office365, AWS, Salesforce, etc..). Microsoft stack would be the preference.
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
• Experience with managing complex integrations with pre-selected technologies and making these work.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture requirements.
• Experience in working in highly demanding environment and with strict, unmovable deadlines
• Experience working in Cloud migration and application modernization programmes
• Experience within enterprise size backgrounds is essential with any exposure to the gaming industry an advantage. Other useful industry experience would include Banking, Telco or broader FS.
