Insolvency Administrator

TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an Insolvency Administrator to join a growing specialist Insolvency Practice in Chatham Kent offering great career development and progression while offering exposure to a wide variety of cases and projects. The position will be built around the candidates aspirations and experience.

Our client is a marketleading insolvency practice that has a very experienced insolvency team where you will have the opportunity to learn on the job and progress in a mixed insolvency position while gaining excellent exposure.

You will work in a small but very experienced mixed insolvency team where you will get varied exposure across both corporate and personal cases. Our client offers excellent training and the chance to study towards professional qualifications too.

• Managing case delivery incorporating preappointment progression and closure.
  
• Realising assets in a timely manner.
  
• Providing regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.
  
• Investigating Directors conduct including misappropriation of company funds.
  
• Preparing for and attending creditors meetings and procedures
  
• Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  
• Liaising with 3rd parties and senior members of staff to ensure case progression and prompt realisations of assets.
  
• Attending site where necessary.
  
• Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS setup.
  
• Ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
  
• Support of Administrators and Trainees.
  
• Seek to further increase and apply own technical knowledge. .
  
• Look to assist with improving systems and processes by liaising with managers and partners.
  
• Support the Firm s external networking.
  

Requirements

• Will have experience working as an insolvency administrator
  
• CPI Qualified studying or qualified through experience
  
• Well organised and great communication skills
  
• Based within a commutable distance of Medway
