Are you looking for a permanent position? Apply today About the role: Monday - Thursday 9.00 am - 4.00pm, Friday 9.00 - 1 pm. Early finish Fridays, weekends off £Negotiable salary Permanent position What will you be doing? General office administration duties Pricing and placing ordering material Arranging deliveries with supplier/site team Checking invoices to price list and matching delivery dockets, ensuring quantities/items are correct Keeping a record of site H&S folders Logging supplier/Sub-Contractor invoices onto computerised finance system Reconciliation of supplier/Sub-Contractor statements Having payments for suppliers/sub-contractors in line with scheduled payment dates Ordering of material/booking in deliveries Ensure complete and accurate records Dealing with customer/supplier queries Checking the accuracy of price/quantity calculations What experience do you need?
