Youll utilise your expertise across AI and data science (including digital twinning approaches and complex sensing and automation techniques) to enable your ability to lead a diverse team of engineers and consultants at varying stages of their career development from graduates through to those at a Senior or Principal level.Reporting to the Head of Digital Energy you will bring proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams ideally within the energy or technology sectors. Youll oversee 510 direct reports with a strong focus on well-being balanced workloads and inclusive leadership.
