We are looking for a Composite Technician (m/f/d) to be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Responsibilities:

1. Build car parts to the highest standards, to the relevant setup parameters and build specification.
2. Be involved in parts coordination, usage of comprehensive parts lists, usage of build-up sheets and required documentation to create solutions to composites issues.
3. Comprise the complete manufacturing process using the latest techniques from tool/pattern production, pre-preg laminating to final assembly fitting.
4. Continuously improve already existing procedures and processes.

The successful candidate will:

1. Have previous experience working with composite materials and structures within a comparable high-level environment.
2. Have a good understanding of technical drawings and laminate manuals together with knowledge of composite laminating/assembly production processes.
3. Show the ability to work under high pressure with a strong attention to details.
