As a small, highly collaborative team, they pride themselves on self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial spirit. They manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed to the highest standard.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Designer to join our client's remote team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing visually stunning, immersive brand experiences, sophisticated branding, and innovative product ideas. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to lead projects independently while collaborating seamlessly with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and Lead Projects: Develop and drive creative strategies for luxury brand experiential events, from initial concept through to final execution.
- Brand Development: Create compelling brand narratives and design sophisticated branding for high-end food, beverage, beauty, and fashion brands.
- Product Development: Innovate and develop unique physical products that align with luxury brand aesthetics and values.
- Mind the Details: Ensure all details of production are executed perfectly, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail within the agile team.
- Project Management: Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to bring ideas to life, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire creative strategies.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and creative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency, with a strong focus on luxury brands.
- Portfolio: A portfolio filled with visually stunning projects, including immersive brand experiences, beautiful branding, and product development.
Skills:
- Exceptional creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into compelling brand experiences.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools; proficiency in 3D software is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members, both temporary and permanent.
