This is an opportunity to join their creative talent development team, on a 12 month fixed term basis and play a key role in enhancing digital knowledge and capability across the firmWhat you will do:Lead engaging induction programs for new hires, introducing them to our technology and software.Design and deliver training on Microsoft Office 365 and other key applications.Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and user guides to maintain their 'always learning' approachAssess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Experience required:Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows applications, and ideally the iManage systemProven experience as a Digital Learning Specialist or IT Trainer.Strong facilitation skills for in-person, online, and hybrid training.Excellent communication and organisational skills
