Site Agent - Permanent - Rotherham - Water Schemes - Civil EngineeringYour new companyYou will be joining a subcontractor working on water schemes in the Rotherham area. This established organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the Civil Engineering industry and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their team.Your new roleAs Site Agent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, supervising and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring detailed site records and maintained and archived, producing and managing the project programme, resourcing construction materials, ensuring works are delivered safely and to specified quality as well as assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have proven successful experience managing water sites from inception though to completion. You will also hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification, and be able to manage both direct labour and subcontractors.
